- Introduced the Harmonized Billing System (HBS) (Corporate Bodies) that boosted the revenue ever generated in Mushin Local Government between (1999 and 2001)
- Drafted & coordinated the blue-print on “Gbale-Gbata” in Mushin Local Government which later metamorphosed into PSP in Refuse Management, Lagos State (1996 – 1997).
- Initiated hosting of Mushin Local Government to the Internet in 1999. A development that put Mushin as the 1st Local Government in the State to be connected to the Web
